Under Section 35 & 55 of the Uttar Pradesh Fire & Emergency Services Act, 2022, the appointment of a Qualified Fire Safety Officer has been made statutorily mandatory for all commercial, industrial, and institutional establishments across Uttar Pradesh.
As per Rule 55 (Appointment of Fire Safety Officer), each owner or occupier of such premises shall appoint a trained Fire Safety Officer, certified by a recognized training body and approved by the Directorate of Fire Services, U.P.
This rule applies to all commercial complexes, malls, hospitals, hotels, schools, offices, and multi-storeyed buildings across the state.

ABOUT THE JOB
As per Rule 55 of the U.P. Fire & Emergency Services Rules, 2024, it is now mandatory for every mall, commercial complex, hospital, school, and high-rise building to appoint a certified Fire Safety Officer.
To meet this growing demand, Atal Suraksha Bal (ASB) invites applications for the Advance Firefighting Course, leading to guaranteed placement as Fire Safety Officer after successful training and certification.
Currently, there are 3750+ vacancies in the first phase of deployment across Uttar Pradesh.
POSITION DETAILS
👨🚒 Role: Fire Safety Officer
📍 Location: Across Uttar Pradesh & PAN India
📘 Training Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time)
🎓 Certification: NSDC & SSC Compliant National Certificate
💰 Salary Range: ₹12,500 – ₹22,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct and oversee fire safety drills and evacuation plans
- Monitor fire control equipment and systems
- Maintain compliance logs as per U.P. Fire & Emergency Services Rules
- Support management during inspections and audits
- Ensure staff awareness and emergency readiness

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (Any Stream)
