Operational & Revenue Model of Atal Suraksha: Atal Suraksha will be Headed by a Colonel / Equal Rank IPS Officer in each state. Atal Suraksha will be represented in each district thru its Channel Partners / District Managers. Channel Partners will be appointed in each state to channelize and complete the hiring process. and their task will be to enroll minimum 100 candidates per district and ensure their trainings to be completed on time.
Once Cadets will be trained, they will be placed on duty. For Every successful hiring done, Channel Partner will get paid for onetime bonus and recurring billing per guard per month till their duty. If hirings are done thru District Managers, they will get paid per cadet as one time joining bonus, and recurring billing per guard per month, and on business of District Partner, State Channel Partners will also get per cadet as one time joining bonus, and every month recurring billing per cadet per month.
Applicable Fee & Charges
Atal Foundation offers Zero Cost* operation system to Channel Partners. Interested parties may apply for District Channel Partner Profile with an interest free fully refundable* investment of Rs 50,000.00 + Taxes. (Fully refundable after 05 years of successful business operation*). Apart from this if someone wants to start with lower investment, they can start with a small investment of Rs 30,000.00 + Taxes (Non-refundable Processing Fee).
In both cases Channel Partners will get same profit sharing. Atal Foundation offers Zero Cost* operation system to State Channel Partners also. Interested parties may apply for State Channel Partner Profile with an interest free fully refundable* investment which will be Fully refundable after 05 years of successful business operation)
In case of Alliance as District Manager, DM’s will get only one time joining bonus, no recurring per month payment will be made to District Managers.
